Preservation of Rights of Action. Any termination or expiry of this Agreement shall, subject to Clause 34.12 (Legal Proceedings), be without prejudice to and shall not affect any right of action or remedy which shall have accrued or shall thereafter accrue under the terms of this Agreement.
