Preservation of Rights to Amend. Except as set forth in this Agreement, the rights of each member of the Parent Group and each member of the Varex Group to amend, waive, or terminate any plan, arrangement, agreement, program, or policy referred to herein shall not be limited in any way by this Agreement.
