President’s decision. The University President, after first considering the committee's recommendation, shall within twenty (20) business days decide upon which disciplinary measures, if any, shall be taken. He/she shall set forth in writing this final decision and reasons for it. The committee, the faculty member, and the Chapter shall receive copies.
