Mandatory Policies. You shall comply with all the Mandatory Policies as set out on the Portal (from time to time) and all relevant industry codes of practice appropriate to operating in England (wherever you are located). Where you are located in a territory other than England, and you are subject to other codes of practice, where such codes of practice deviate from those that apply in England, you must: ▪ meet as a minimum standard the requirements of any industry codes of practice appropriate to operating in England; and ▪ subject to clause 18.4 meet any higher ethical or technical standard incorporated in an industry code of practice applying in the territory of the Supplier.
