President’s decision. The results of the election shall be forwarded to the President within five (5) calendar days following the final tally. The candidate with more than 50 percent (50%) of the votes in either the first election or the run-off election shall be considered (which may include an interview) by the President within the next seven (7) calendar days. The President’s appointment shall be made by the end of April, starting in April 2008.
