Press Relations Clause Samples

The Press Relations clause governs how parties to an agreement may interact with the media and make public statements regarding their relationship or the subject matter of the contract. Typically, it requires that any press releases, public announcements, or disclosures to the media be approved in advance by all parties involved, or that one party must notify the other before making such statements. This clause helps maintain control over sensitive information, ensures consistent messaging, and prevents unauthorized or potentially damaging publicity.
