Media Services. The OC must provide adequate on−site media servicing for media in attendance as well as a public interested in event results. Services should be proportionate to the expected media and the site and include: • Access to high−speed Wi−Fi internet; • Cell phone or direct phone defined service which works from site; and • Live streaming of results The OC’s media and communications coordinator will work with the Nordiq Canada Marketing and Engagement Coordinator to assist local and national media on site.
Media Services. 8.1 Clause 8 contains specific clauses that relate solely to the provision of Media Services by the Agency. Media Services. IPS shall provide a media assistant at the School to provide media services (“Media Services”) in a manner reasonably consistent with how media assistants provide such services at other IPS schools. IPS shall reasonably cooperate with Operator in providing such services at the School. Upon request, IPS will provide Operator with information regarding the manner in which IPS provides such services at other IPS schools.

Media Services. (a) During the Term of this Agreement, Buyer agrees to purchase, and Alloy agrees on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries, to make available to Buyer, that certain remnant media set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto for the purpose of advertising and promoting Buyer products and services (the “Media Services”). (b) The Media Services provided by Alloy shall be priced at a thirty percent (30%) discount to the rates for such Media Services as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, which shall be reviewed by Alloy and Buyer once per year during the Term; provided, however, that the then prevailing rates for such Media Services, with the 30% discount applied thereto, shall be the basis for such review. Buyer agrees to purchase from Alloy no less than, and Alloy agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to make available to Buyer at least, but in all cases subject to availability: (i) one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) of Media Services during the period commencing on the Effective Date and terminating on the first anniversary of the Effective Date; (ii) one million one hundred thousand dollars ($1,100,000) of Media Services during the period commencing on the day after the first anniversary date of the Effective Date and terminating on the second anniversary of the Effective Date; and (iii) one million dollars ($1,000,000) of Media Services during the period commencing on the day after the second anniversary date of the Effective Date and terminating on the third anniversary of the Effective Date. For purposes of this Agreement, the amounts referred to above shall be “Media Fees”. In the event Alloy is unable to provide Media Services equal to the value of the Media Fees (taking into account the 30% discount) due to lack of availability, Buyer shall be entitled to carry over the unused portion of the Media Fees to the next available period until fully utilized, with the understanding that any Media Services are subject to continuing availability. (c) Buyer and Alloy shall determine no less than once every three months the type of Media Services to be provided during the following three months, with the understanding that (i) such program shall be documented in an insertion order, e-mail or other written communication with the general substance in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B to be signed or otherwise acknowledged by the parties hereto and (ii) any and all such Media Services are subject to change based on availability and All...

Media Services. The NDS use an outside agency for planning and placement of their advertising in the media. The Company will have the option to contract with that outside agency for such services in the Company's local service areas, and NWIP will use its best reasonable efforts to induce the outside agency to agree to permit the Company to obtain the same terms for such services as were extended to the NDS by the outside agency. The Company may utilize other media buyers or outlets at its sole discretion. If planning and placement of advertising are performed in-house, the Company will have access thereto on the same basis as the NDS. The NDS and the Company each have the right to advertise in their respective territories. Outside their territories: A. National advertising, and any advertising, whether national, regional or local, outside the United States, will be the exclusive right of the Nextel Group. B. Each of (a) NWIP, Nextel and the NDS and (b) the Company have the right to place advertising focused within its territory that results in incidental or unavoidable extra-territorial publication (e.g., out-of-state newspaper distribution). C. National indirect or national retail promotions (e.g., Hello Direct Catalogs) will be the exclusive right of the Nextel Group. D. Each of the Nextel Group and the Company may, subject to Section 8.8, maintain world wide website advertising.
