Common use of Press Releases and Related Materials Clause in Contracts

Press Releases and Related Materials. Each Credit Party agrees that neither it nor its Affiliates will in the future issue any press releases or other public disclosure using the name of the Agent or referring to this Agreement, or the other Loan Documents without prior notice to the Agent unless (and only to the extent that) such Credit Party or Affiliate is required to do so by law or pursuant to any applicable regulatory policy protocol or rule. Each Credit Party consents to the publication by the Agent or any Lender of advertising material relating to the financing transactions contemplated by this Agreement using its name, product photographs, logo or trademark. The Agent or such Lender shall provide a draft of any advertising material to Borrower for review and comment prior to the publication thereof. The Agent reserves the right to provide to industry trade organizations information necessary and customary for inclusion in league table measurements.
