Press Releases; SEC Filings and Financial Statements. The REIT and Borrower will deliver to the Agent as soon as practicable after public release all press releases concerning the REIT or Borrower. The REIT and Borrower will deliver to Agent as soon as practicable after filing with the Commission, all reports and notices, proxy statements, registration statements and prospectuses. All materials sent or made available generally by the REIT to the holders of its publicly-held Securities or to a trustee under any indenture or filed with the Commission, including all periodic reports required to be filed with the Commission, will be delivered to Agent as soon as available.
