Presumption of Receipt of Communications. Communications may be sent to the undersigned at the address indicated in the Clearing Agent’s records from time to time, and all communications so sent, whether by mail, telegram, messenger or otherwise shall be deemed given to the undersigned personally, whether actually received or not.
