Presumption of Receipt of Communications. Communications may be sent to you at your postal or electronic mail address or at such other address or contact numbers as you may hereafter give us in writing or by electronic mail, and all communications so sent, whether by mail, electronic mail, facsimile, telegraph or delivery to your last known address on our record, shall be deemed given to you personally, whether actually received or not.
