Prevailing Party Fees. If any Action is brought for the enforcement or interpretation of this Agreement or in connection with an alleged or actual dispute, breach, or default of any of the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees, paralegal fees, and other costs (including court costs) incurred in connection with such Action and any appeal thereof, at all levels, from the non-prevailing party in addition to any other remedies available.
