Common use of Preventable Conditions Clause in Contracts

Preventable Conditions. No payment will be made by United to a Provider for provider preventable conditions, as identified in the State Program. Provider shall identify and report to United any provider preventable conditions in accordance with 42 C.F.R. §§ 434.6(a)(12)(i) and (ii) and 42 C.F.R. § 447.26(d).
