PREVENTION OF CONTRABAND. The Parties expressly agree to comply with the measures of prevention, identification and mitigation of the risks associated to contraband established in Instruction A01_GAE06008 of the Annexed Document for suppliers to prevent, identify and mitigate logistic risks.

PREVENTION OF CONTRABAND. The Parties expressly agree to comply with the measures for the prevention, identification, and mitigation of the risks associated with contraband established in Law No. 155-17 Against Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism and the recommendations of the Latin American Financial Action Group (GAFILAT) for service providers for the prevention, identification, and mitigation of logistical risks.

  • 341 Prevention of Oil Spills If Purchaser maintains storage facilities for oil or oil products on Sale Area, Purchaser shall take appropriate preventive measures to ensure that any spill of such oil or oil products does not enter any stream or other waters of the United States or any of the individual States. If the total oil or oil products storage exceeds 1,320 gallons in containers of 55 gallons or greater, Purchaser shall prepare a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan. Such plan shall meet applicable EPA requirements (40 CFR 112), including certification by a registered professional engineer. Purchaser shall notify Contracting Officer and appropriate agencies of all reportable (40 CFR 110) spills of oil or oil products on or in the vicinity of Sale Area that are caused by Purchaser’s employees agents, contractors, Subcontractors, or their employees or agents, directly or indirectly, as a result of Purchaser’s Operations. Purchaser will take whatever initial action may be safely accomplished to contain all spills.

  • Prevention of Avoidance The Parties shall implement as necessary requirements to prevent Financial Institutions from adopting practices intended to circumvent the reporting required under this Agreement.

  • Violation of Contract Terms Fees charged to a customer for use of the vehicle contrary to the terms of the vehicle rental contract including but not limited to speeding, driving under the influence of an intoxicant or controlled substance, taking the vehicle out of state or out of an approved area as defined in the contract, regardless whether customer was arrested, cited or otherwise penalized by law enforcement authorities for such conduct.

  • Erosion Prevention and Control Purchaser’s Operations shall be conducted reasonably to minimize soil erosion. Equipment shall not be operated when ground conditions are such that excessive damage will result. Purchaser shall adjust the kinds and intensity of erosion control work done to ground and weather condi- tions and the need for controlling runoff. Erosion control work shall be kept current immediately preceding ex- pected seasonal periods of precipitation or runoff. If Purchaser fails to do seasonal erosion control work prior to any seasonal period of precipitation or runoff, Forest Service may temporarily assume responsibility for the work and any unencumbered deposits hereunder may be used by Forest Service to do the work. If needed for such work, Purchaser shall make additional deposits on request by Forest Service. Any money deposited or used for this purpose shall be treated as cooperative deposits under B4.218.

  • Prevention of Fraud D2.1 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, to prevent Fraud by Staff and the Contractor (including its shareholders, members, directors) in connection with the receipt of monies from the Authority.

  • Violation of Contract a. If Purchaser violates any provision of this contract, the Contract Administrator, by written notice, may suspend delivery of further loads of forest products. If the violation is capable of being remedied, the Purchaser has five (5) days after receipt of suspension notice to remedy the violation.   • VIOLATION OF CONTRACT TERMS / BREACH OF CONTRACT Violation of contract terms or breach of contract by Engineer shall be grounds for termination of this Contract, and any increased costs arising from Engineer’s default, breach of contract, or violation of contract terms shall be paid by Engineer.
