PREVENTION OF ENCROACHMENT. 14.1 The Tenant will take all reasonable steps to prevent any encroachment on the Land, or the acquisition of any new right of way, passage, drainage or other easement under, on or over the Land.

PREVENTION OF ENCROACHMENT. Care will be taken to assure that levees are not encroached upon. Buildings, structures, and storage of materials or equipment will not be permitted on the levee. Refuse dumps are an item of frequent concern and will not be permitted. Following each high water, any debris deposited on the riverside slope of the levee will be removed promptly.
