Common use of Previous Agreement Clause in Contracts

Previous Agreement. This letter, upon acceptance by you, expressly supersedes that certain letter agreement between you and the Corporation dated February 16, 2005, which primarily concerns your compensation and benefits, and such agreement shall, as of the date of your acceptance, have no further force or effect.
