Common use of Previous Agreement Clause in Contracts

Previous Agreement. The Previous Agreement is hereby amended and superseded in its entirety and restated herein. Such amendment and restatement is effective upon execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and by the requisite holders as set forth in Section 3.7 of the Previous Agreement. Upon such execution, all provisions of, rights granted and covenants made in the Previous Agreement are hereby waived, released and superseded in their entirety and shall have no further force or effect.
