Common use of PREVIOUS CONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

PREVIOUS CONTRACTS. 16.1 This Agreement and the Incorporated Documents constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties and supersede and extinguish all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between the parties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement; provided, however, for the avoidance of doubt, that this Agreement shall not supersede, extinguish or otherwise affect the Indemnification Deed For Officers And Directors between you and Venator Materials PLC. 16.2 Each party acknowledges that in entering into this Agreement it does not rely on, and shall have no remedies in respect of, any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in this Agreement.
