PREVIOUS CORRESPONDENCE. 21.01 All discussions and meetings held and correspondences exchanged between the Buyer and the Seller in respect of the Agreement and any decisions arrived at therein in the past and before coming into force of this Agreement are hereby superseded by this Agreement and no reference of such discussions or meetings or past correspondence will be entertained by either the Seller or the Buyer for interpreting the Agreement or otherwise.
