Common use of Previous Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Previous Indebtedness. Vendor agrees not to apply any payment subject to this Agreement to any indebtedness incurred by a HEAP or ECIP recipient as a result of deliveries made or services provided before October 1st of the Program Year. Vendor may not consider an Eligible Household’s outstanding indebtedness to Vendor in calculating the Retail Cash Price applicable to a delivery of Home Energy to that Eligible Household.
