Common use of Previously Accredited Service Clause in Contracts

Previously Accredited Service. 1. At the Member’s discretion, any person previously employed by the Employer in a faculty position shall receive service credit for tenure on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of three (3) years, for service rendered within the five (5) year period prior to appointment.
