Previously Existing Teaching Works. 19.8.1 Notwithstanding Articles 19.2.1 and 19.2.4, when a work created by an Employee existed prior to this Article 19 coming into force, and it is not reasonably possible to determine the creators, copyright in the work shall be owned by the University.
