This Price Agreement consists of the following documents, which are listed in descending order of precedence: this Price Agreement less all exhibits, Exhibit E (Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure - Federal Tax Information) Exhibit A (Scope of Work) Exhibit B (Compensation), Exhibit C (Required Insurance) Exhibit D (Work Order Contract form) Exhibits A - E are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. In the event of a conflict between the terms and provisions of this Price Agreement and the terms and provisions of a Work Order Contract issued hereunder, the terms and provisions of this Price Agreement will control.
