SETTLEMENT OF DIFFERENCES (1) Differences arising out of the interpretation, operation and implementation of this Agreement, at any and all levels of participation, will be settled amicably through consultation between the Parties.
Measurements and arithmetic conventions All measurements and calculations shall be in the metric system and calculations done to 2 (two) decimal places, with the third digit of 5 (five) or above being rounded up and below 5 (five) being rounded down.
Irreconcilable Differences The Couple recognizes the possibility of unhappy differences that may arise between them. Therefore, this Agreement shall take precedence over any Federal, State, or local guidelines or standards for Divorce.

Price If pricing is not stated on this Order or in an executed procurement agreement, then Supplier’s pricing shall not exceed the lowest prices charged by Supplier to other similarly situated customers. Except as otherwise provided in this Order, such prices are inclusive of applicable value added tax and other similar taxes (collectively “VAT”), freight charges and duties.
