Price and Market Risks. Under certain circumstances, it may be difficult to liquidate an existing position, assess the value, determine a fair price or assess its exposure to risk. The specifications of outstanding contracts (including the exercise price of an option or warrant) may also be modified by an exchange or clearing house to reflect changes in the underlying asset.
