Quotes. 4.1. In the event that the Company is unable to proceed with an Order with regard to price or size or other reason, the Company will send a re-quote to the Client with the price it is willing to deal.
4.2. The Quotes appearing on the Client’s terminal are live. However, if there’s high volatility in the Underlying Market the execution of the Order may change due to execution time and also the Client may ask for price but he will get the first price that will be in the market.
4.3. The Company provides Quotes by taking into account the Underlying Asset price, but this does not mean that these Quotes are within any specific percentage of the Underlying Asset price. When the relevant Underlying Market is closed, the Quotes provided by the Company will reflect what the Company thinks to be the current Bid and Ask price of the relevant Underlying Asset at that time. The Client acknowledges that such Quotes will be set by the Company at its absolute discretion.
Quotes. 1. The Client acknowledges that the only reliable source of quote flow information is the main server for customer requests. The quotes on the Trading Platform cannot serve as a reliable source of information about the real quotes flow, as in the case of unstable connection between the Trading Platform and the server part of the quotes from the flow may not reach the Trading Platform.
2. The graphs displayed on the Trading Platform are indicative. Thus, the Company does not guarantee that the transaction will be made at the same prices specified on the graphs in the Trading Platform at the time of submission of the other customer transactions.
3. The price displayed on the Trading Platform is formed by the formula (Bid+Ask)/2.
4. Non-market quote – the price in the Trading Platform which does not correspond to the price on the market at this moment of time (hereinafter referred to as the “Non-market price”).
5. In case that the Company executed the Client’s request/order for Non-market quote, the following shall be imposed on the Company’s duty:
a. In case of position closing – correction of the financial result between incorrect closing of the position and closing according to real market price corresponding to the closing moment of transaction according to Non-market price.
b. In case of position opening – the Company reserves the right to cancel the financial result regarding such position.
Quotes. 4.1. In the event that the Company is unable to proceed with an Order, with regard to price or size or other reason, depending in the type of the Client Account, the Company will send a re-quote. The number of re-quotes appears on the Platform.
4.2. The Quotes appearing on the Client’s terminal are indicative and are based on the relevant Underlying Markets. However, if there is high volatility in the Underlying Market the execution of the Order may change and the Client may obtain the first price that will be available in the market and not the market they requested.
4.3. The Company provides Quotes by taking into account the Underlying Asset price, but this does not mean that these Quotes are within any specific percentage of the Underlying Asset price. When the relevant Underlying Market is closed, the Quotes provided by the Company will reflect what the Company thinks to be the current Bid and Ask price of the relevant Underlying Asset at that time. The Client acknowledges that such Quotes will be set by the Company at its absolute discretion.
Quotes. We will quote prices which provide an indication of the prices at which we are prepared to deal with you and which are calculated in accordance with clause 9.4 for Margin FX Contracts and clause 9.3 for CFDs. You should note that:
(a) Principal: we act under the Agreement as a principal, and accordingly, set the applicable price at which we are prepared to deal with you;
Quotes. 6.1. The Client acknowledges that when using the Company's services, the only reliable source of information about Quote streams is the Company Server. Quotes displayed on the Trading Platform cannot serve as a reliable source of information on Quotes streams, since in the case of an unstable connection between the Trading Platform and the Server, some Quotes from the streams may not reach the Trading Platform.
6.2. The charts displayed on the Trading Platform are of an indicative nature. The Company does not guarantee that a Deal will be completed according to the Quote displayed on the chart on the Trading Platform at the time the Client submits the Trading Order.
6.3. The Asset Quotation on the Trading Platform is determined by the formula: (purchase+sale)/2.
6.4. If a Client’s Trading Order is executed on a non-market Quote, the Company corrects the financial result of the Deal in accordance with the market Quotes at the time of execution of that Trading Order or cancels the result of the Deal.
Quotes. The Services are not described in this Agreement; instead, from time to time you will be provided with a quote, proposal, service order, or similar electronic document (“Quote”) proposing the Services that we can provide to you. The Quote may have one or more statements of work (each a “SOW”) attached to it that further describe, summarize, and/or define the scope of the Services. By accepting the Quote, you agree to the terms of each SOW and the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the SOW and this Agreement, then you should not accept the Quote. From this point forward in this Agreement, Quotes and SOWs will be collectively referred to as “SOW.”
Quotes. Quotes applicable to any BOCES or school district Licensees based in the fees set forth in Exhibit A shall be provided to each BOCES Contact (including Customer’s) or his/her designee. The Vendor will not provide quotes directly to any school district Licensees. Each participating BOCES (including Customer) will issue a purchase order to Vendor on behalf of each Licensee within its jurisdiction that wishes to participate in the applicable CoSers.
Quotes. 9.1.1 Upon your request and in accordance with this clause 9.1 we will quote a higher and lower figure for each Contract (i.e., the Bid Price and Ask Price). These figures will be either effectively based on comparable Bid and Ask prices in the Underlying Market, aggregate prices in the Underlying Markets if the Underlying Instrument trades on multiple Underlying Markets, or they will be our own Bid and Ask prices.
9.1.2 You acknowledge that our Spreads can widen significantly in certain circumstances and that they may not necessarily be the same size as any examples given on the Website or PDS and that there is no limit on how large they may be.
9.1.3 You acknowledge that when a Contract is closed out, the Spread may be wider or smaller than the Spread when the Contract was opened. You acknowledge that such figures will be set by us in our reasonable discretion. The Spread quoted by us will reflect our view of prevailing market conditions.
9.1.4 You acknowledge that our quotes for dealing in the Products are indicative only and so, are subject to the actual quote at the time of execution of your Contract. There is no assurance that the Contracts will actually be dealt with at the indicative quote, especially if you delay placing the Order.
9.1.5 We may at any time in our discretion without prior notice impose limits on our Products in respect of particular Underlying Instruments. Ordinarily, we would only do this if the market for the particular Underlying Instrument has become illiquid or its trading status has been suspended or there is some significant disruption to the markets, including the Trading Platform.
9.1.6 You should be aware that the market prices and other market data which you view through the Trading Platform or other facilities which you arrange yourself may not be current or may not exactly correspond with the prices for the Products offered or dealt by us.
9.1.7 If you access your Accounts and the Trading Platform outside of the hours when Orders may be accepted, you should be aware that the Orders may be processed at a later time when the relevant exchange or market is open to trading, by which time the market prices (and currency exchange values) might have changed significantly.
9.1.8 We may notify you of certain Products in respect of which we will not provide a quote, restrictions on the amount for which we will price, or other conditions that may apply to our quote, but any such notification (or failure to notify) will not be bin...
Quotes. Purchasing Entities may define entity-specific or project-specific requirements and informally compete the requirement among companies having a Master Agreement on an “as needed” basis. This procedure may also be used when requirements are aggregated or other firm commitments may be made to achieve reductions in pricing. This procedure may be modified in Participating Addenda and adapted to the Purchasing Entity’s rules and policies. The Purchasing Entity may in its sole discretion determine which Master Agreement Contractors should be solicited for a quote. The Purchasing Entity may select the quote that it considersmost advantageous, cost, and other factors considered.
Quotes. The Services are not described in this Agreement; instead, we may perform a requested or required service for you or, from time to time, we may provide you with a quote, proposal, service order, or similar electronic document (“Quote”) proposing the Services. The Quote may have one or more additional documents attached to it, such as a statement of work or statement of services (each a “Service Statement”), that further defines or describes the scope and provision of the Services. By accepting the Quote, you also agree to the terms of each Service Statement and the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of the Service Statement and this Agreement, then you should not accept the Quote.
