Common use of PRICE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

PRICE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS. 3.1. The contractor shall invoice price of 4 000 € (in words: four thousand Euros) to the ordering party for one day of firing test and 1 000 € (in words: one thousand Euros) for one day of workshop activities at VTSÚ Záhorie facilities. The final price will be calculated according to the actually exploited days pursuant to the Slovak Act on prices No. 18/1996 Coll. as amended.
