Price Benchmarking. 10.1. The Contractor(s) will be expected to benchmark, review and improve, wherever possible, the framework pricing. 10.2. Scottish Procurement reserves the right to benchmark, or commission 3rd party benchmarking of the Contractor’s product prices at any time in order to determine that they still represent best value for money for Framework Public Bodies.
