Common use of PRICE/COMMISSION Clause in Contracts

PRICE/COMMISSION. A. The Vendor must price all items to be serviced in the vending machines in accordance with the attached Vending Services Bid Sheet which is made a part of this Contract. Pricing offered must be held firm for the first twelve (12)-months period of the Contract. Price adjustments will be considered at the time of Contract renewal and will be effective upon the commencement of the renewal term. Vendor may submit a request to adjust prices on or before sixty (60) days before the end of the Contract period or any subsequent renewal period. All requests for price adjustments must be substantiated by documentation justifying the increase.
