Common use of Price Determination Clause in Contracts

Price Determination. Pursuant to the Chentang Power Generation Trading Agreement, the substitution fees shall be i) determined by reference to substituted electricity volume and at the price of RMB250 per mwh (inclusive of tax); and ii) settled by Chentang Heat Electricity in cash on a monthly basis.
