Cobalt Price. Formula The reference price of Cobalt to be applicable in the Agreement shall be ** the combination of ** of the 99.3 (low) Cobalt base price and ** of the Cobalt 99,8 (low) base price both as published by LMB during the Quotational Period. The Parties shall agree to meet to determine a new base price in case the 99,3 or 99,8 references disappear or are no more representative. The price for the Cobalt contained shall be ** of the base price established as a combination of ** of 99,3 (low) and ** of 99,8 (low). If the cobalt contents in the Cobalt Alloy exceed ** for a period of at least ** consecutive months, the Parties will meet to raise the ** ceiling referred to in the above paragraph. In the event that the Cobalt is taken into usage from the Buffer Stock, the processing and transport costs already paid by the BUYER earlier shall be deducted from the above mentioned cobalt price formula.

  • Contract Price The Owner agrees to pay the Contractor for the full and faithful performance of the Work, including all applicable taxes, and the Contractor agrees to accept such payment as full and just compensation therefor.
