Common use of Price reduction and adjustment Clause in Contracts

Price reduction and adjustment. Price reduction may be offered at any time during contract and shall become effective upon notice of acceptance from Region 10 ESC. Special, time-limited reductions are permissible under the following conditions: 1) reduction is available to all Members equally; 2) reduction is for a specific time period, normally not less than thirty (30) days; 3) original price is not exceeded after the time-limit; and 4) Region 10 ESC has approved the new prices prior to any offer of the prices to a Member. Vendor shall offer Region 10 ESC any published price reduction during the contract period.
