Price Reductions. 1. The contractor may waive any non-recurring charge, including an installation or Service Initiation Charge or a Cancellation Charge (CC), at any time, to any customer. 2. The contractor may reduce contract prices at any time. Price reductions shall be subject to the following conditions: a. The contractor shall propose all price reductions to the GSA PCO. b. The proposed price reduction shall become effective on the first day of the next invoicing period after the execution of a bilateral contract modification.
