XXXX PRICE RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICES, INC. and EACH OF THE PARTIES INDICATED ON APPENDIX A The Retirement Plan Services Contract of January 1, 1998, between T. Xxxx Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. and each of the Parties listed on Appendix A thereto is hereby amended, as of January 21, 1998, by adding thereto T. Xxxx Price Index Trust, Inc., on behalf of T. Xxxx Price Extended Market Index Fund and T. Xxxx Price Total Market Index Fund.
