Prices for all Products are F.O.B. the shipping dock of the manufacturing facility at which the Products were produced or Riverstone's distribution facility, with Tellabs fully responsible for all costs of transportation, insurance, taxes, customs duties, landing, storage and handling fees, and documents or certificates required for exportation or importation.
