Common use of Price Warranty Clause in Contracts

Price Warranty. Seller warrants that the prices for the Materials sold to Buyer under this Contract are not less favorable than those currently extended to any other customer for the same or like goods in equal or similar quantities. In the event Seller reduces Seller’s price for such Materials during the term of this Contract, Seller agrees to reduce the prices of the Materials purchased by Buyer accordingly.

Price Warranty. Seller warrants that the prices for the Materials goods or services sold to Buyer the buyer under this Contract order are not less favorable than those currently extended to any other customer for the same or like goods or services in equal or similar less quantities. In the event Seller seller reduces Seller’s its price for such Materials goods or services during the term terms of this Contractorder, Seller seller agrees to reduce the prices of the Materials purchased by Buyer hereof accordingly.

Seller warrants that the prices for the Materials goods delivered or sold to Buyer under this Contract hereunder are not less favorable than those currently extended to any other customer of Seller for the same or like similar goods in equal or similar quantities. In the event If Seller reduces Seller’s its price for such Materials during goods prior to final delivery of the term of this Contractgoods to Buyer, Seller agrees to shall reduce the price or prices of the Materials purchased by Buyer accordinglyin this order in a corresponding manner.

Price Warranty. Seller warrants that the prices for the Materials sold to Buyer under goods covered by this Contract are not less favorable than those currently extended to any other customer others for like or smaller quantities of the same or like goods in equal or similar quantitiesgoods. In the event If Seller reduces Seller’s price charges lower prices to others for such Materials during goods before it has delivered all of the term of goods covered by this Contract, Seller agrees shall offer to reduce the prices under this Contract to conform with those lower prices. Seller warrants that the prices reflected in this Contract are complete and that no additional charges of the Materials purchased by Buyer accordinglyany type shall be added without Buyer’s prior written consent.
