Prices and Payment Terms. 8.1 Order prices are net and do not include value added tax (“VAT”). VAT shall be payable in addition, where applica- ble. Unless otherwise specified in the order, the prices agreed shall remain unchanged until fulfillment of the con- tract is completed. 8.2 An invoice for each order shall be sent to Xxxxxx after each delivery.
