Common use of Prices for Parts and Labor Clause in Contracts

Prices for Parts and Labor. In no event shall AEPC™ be required to pay (i) a price for any Component that exceeds the then-current OEM retail prices, as listed in the OEM parts catalog, or 110% of the price paid to the Component provider whichever is less; or (ii) labor rates that exceed the then-current regional labor rate.
