PRICES FOR SERVICES. 10.1 The prices offered by the Provider for Call-Off Contracts to Contracting Bodies for the Services shall be no higher than the prices listed in the Pricing Matrix for the relevant Provider‟s Lot. 10.2 Unless otherwise provided, the prices listed in the Pricing Matrix shall remain firm throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement.
