Common use of Prices to Cover Clause in Contracts

Prices to Cover. No direct payment will be made for costs incurred in complying with the foregoing General Provisions, except as otherwise provided. Said costs will be deemed to have been included in the prices bid for all the scheduled items of the Contract.
