Pricing and Other Data. The Custodian shall have no duty to provide Market Data related to the Account. In the event that the Custodian does provide Market Data, the Fund agrees not to use or rely on such Market Data and that the Custodian shall not be liable for any inaccuracies contained in any such Market Data.
