Pricing Discounts. 6.1 The prices that shall apply under this Attachment are set forth or referenced in the Agreement, including this Attachment and the attached LWC Pricing Schedule (including service order charges), which is attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
6.2 Where the capabilities exists, CARRIER may purchase certain optional AIN-based features set forth on the LWC Pricing Schedule, on a per-LWCAL or per-usage basis as noted. Where Activated and Loaded in the Serving Switch, CARRIER may order business line hunting to serve business LWC End Users, on a per-business LWC Number basis. The prices for these optional enhancements are set forth in the LWC Pricing Schedule.
6.3 The prices for LWC may be discounted (subject to pro-rating consistent with the Agreement), subject to this Section 6.3.
Pricing Discounts. Pricing for any Goods purchased in the USA shall be discounted from the pricing set forth herein. Such discount shall be based on Seller’s percentage of Halliburton’s [XXX] cumulative purchases of such Goods or similar goods in the USA from all sellers on a semiannual basis, as follows:
Pricing Discounts. The Company shall provide Flight Attendants access to any pricing discounts available to the Company for the compliant luggage described above. In the event the Company no longer has discount pricing made available to it for the compliant luggage as defined herein, it will notify the MEC President as soon as possible, but in no case later than thirty days prior to the discount being discontinued.

Pricing Discounts. Any pricing discounts regarding the meeting space and exhibit hall rentals must be approved in advance by VSA leadership before any offer is extended to group planners. If requests for pricing discounts occur after the City’s annual budget is approved, VSA leadership is responsible for asking HBGCC leadership to assist in offsetting any rental costs that are not included in the annual Hosting Obligations budget. Only the HBGCC leadership shall negotiate with building vendors to provide customer discounts for services performed.
Pricing Discounts. The Agreement is hereby amended by deleting Section 2.A.(I) in its entirety and replacing it with the following new Section 2.A.(l):
A. MCI Vision Service and MCI Vision 800 Service.
(1) Xxxxxx Group, Inc. shall receive the rates and charges on MCI Vision Service and MCI Vision 800 Service associated with the Vision Value Insurance Plan Plus ("Vision VIP Plus"), a and the discounts below. Xxxxxx Group, Inc. will receive the rates and charges associated with the thirty-six (36) month Vision VIP Plus at the Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollar ($480,000) commitment level, but minimum volume and term requirements in MCI Tariff FCC No. 1 ("Tariff') will not apply. In addition, the following discounts will apply to domestic interstate charges only. MCI Vision Service 29% MCI Vision 800 Service 29% No other discounts shall apply to domestic MCI Vision and MCI Vision 800 services. Xxxxxx Drive Away Representatives shall not be eligible for the discounts identified in this Section 2.A(l). "
Pricing Discounts. During the Program Service Term, certain of Customer's monthly recurring charges shall be discounted as set forth in the "Pricing Sheets" attached hereto. Discounts may be stated as a percentage discount off of Level 3's wholesale list prices as set forth in each such Pricing Sheet. Level 3 reserves the right to modify the discount structure, or any Pricing Sheet, applicable to any Service at any time in its sole discretion. Level 3 may further supply additional Pricing Sheets for other Level 3 Services. All new Pricing Sheets or changes to existing Pricing Sheets may be communicated through the Partner Portal or otherwise, as determined by Level 3. Customer acknowledges that the Pricing Sheets and the information contained therein are confidential information and may not, under any circumstances, be shared with third parties (including Customer's end users or prospects).
