PRICING, PAYMENT AND TERMS. 5.1 Prices in United States dollars are shown in the Support Plan Options and Pricing Worksheet and are subject to a 5% escalation fee for each subsequent support year. Unless this exhibit expressly provides to the contrary, the price is payable annually in advance. Seller will provide to Customer an invoice, and Customer will make payments to Seller within twenty (20) days after the date of each invoice. During the term of this Agreement, Customer will make payments when due in the form of a check, cashier’s check, or wire transfer drawn on a United States financial institution.
