Prices and Payments 1. The price listed by the Contractor or otherwise the price commonly charged by the Contractor for the respective service is decisive, plus statutory value-added tax insofar as such is applicable. In case of transnational services, any possibly applicable taxes, fees, customs fees, and other charges (of any kind) incurred for the transnational service shall be borne by the Principal.
Pricing and Payment Terms Customer Payment terms shall be as set forth in the Master Agreement.
Prices and Payment Terms 5.1 Order prices are net and do not include value added tax (“VAT”). VAT shall be payable in addition, where applica- ble and on receipt by us from the Supplier of a valid VAT invoice (or other relevant document required for the pur- pose of VAT recovery by us) except where some other express arrangement has been agreed. Unless otherwise specified in the order, the prices agreed shall remain unchanged until fulfillment of the contract is completed.
Pricing and Payment Prices for each Product and any terms and conditions for invoicing and payment will be established by Customer’s Reseller.
Fees and Payment Terms 4.1. When Customer’s Fees are Due: All Fees charged under the Agreement are due and payable on the due date quoted on the invoices generated by Aptum, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with the applicable Product Terms.

Compensation and Payment Terms A. Subject to the satisfactory performance of the services required of Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and following Contractor’s submission of an appropriate claim, and such other documentation that the County may require, County shall pay Contractor according to the terms set forth in Exhibit C, Terms of Payment. Contractor agrees to accept the foregoing payments as full and complete payment for all services provided pursuant to this Agreement, irrespective of whether the cost of such services and related administrative expenses exceed such payments.
FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The fees and payment schedule for furnishing services under this Contract shall be based on the rate schedule which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference incorporated herein. Said fees shall remain in effect for the entire term of the Contract. Contractor shall provide County with his/her/its Federal Tax I.D. number prior to submitting the first invoice.
Invoicing and Payment Terms [Within [X] days at the end of each month] [Upon completion of the Contract] Contractor will submit an Invoice in accordance with pricing as specified in the Contract. Costs and Payments During the period that Sprint PCS is curing a breach or operating the Service Area Network under this Section 11.6.3, Sprint PCS and Manager will continue to make any and all payments due to the other party and to third parties under this agreement, the Services Agreement and any other agreements to which such party is bound, except that Sprint PCS may deduct from its payments to Manager all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Sprint PCS in connection with the exercise of its right under this Section 11.6.3. Sprint PCS' operation of the Service Area Network pursuant to this Section 11.6.3 is not a substitution for Manager's performance of its obligations under this agreement and does not relieve Manager of its other obligations under this agreement.
