Common use of Pricing Term Sheet Clause in Contracts

Pricing Term Sheet. The Company will prepare a final term sheet (the “Pricing Term Sheet”) containing only a description of the final terms of the Notes and their offering, in the form approved by the Underwriters and attached as Schedule D hereto, and acknowledges that the Pricing Term Sheet is an Issuer Free Writing Prospectus and will comply with its related obligations set forth in Section 3(l) hereof. The Company will furnish to each Underwriter, without charge, copies of the Pricing Term Sheet promptly upon its completion.
