Common use of Pricing Term Sheet Clause in Contracts

Pricing Term Sheet. The Issuers will prepare the Pricing Term Sheet reflecting the final terms of the Securities, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit D and otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to the Representative; provided, that the Issuers will furnish the Representative with copies of any such Pricing Term Sheet and will not use any such document to which the Representative or counsel to the Initial Purchasers shall object.
