Primary and Non-Contributing. The insurance policies required under this Section 11 shall apply on a primary non-contributing basis in relation to any other insurance or self- insurance available to City. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by City, its officers, employees, agents or volunteers, shall be in excess of Consultant’s insurance and shall not contribute with it.
