Primary Coverage and Project Specific Insurance. 9.1.3.1 Each insurance policy shall provide that the coverage is primary and noncontributory coverage with respect to all named or additional insureds, except for coverage that by its nature cannot be written as primary. Any insurance or self- insurance beyond that specified in this Agreement that is maintained by an insured or any such additional insured shall be excess of such insurance and shall not contribute with it.
