Primary Disability Benefits. In the event of the Disability (as --------------------------- hereinafter defined) of the Executive, Frontier shall continue, or cause Bank, to pay the Executive the monthly compensation provided in paragraph 4 hereof during the period of his disability provided, however, that in the event the Executive is disabled for a continuous period exceeding eighteen (18) calendar months, Frontier may, at its election, terminate the Agreement, in which event the Executive shall be entitled to receive the benefits described in paragraph 7(b).
