Primary Exterior Materials. i. Primary exterior finish materials shall make up at least forty percent (40%) of the building after the transparent area is deducted. The percentage shall be based on the entire area of the building. Rear and side elevations regularly visible from adjacent public rights of way should have at least twenty percent (20%) primary exterior finish materials. Rear elevation or service area visibility considerations shall take into account planned landscaping, fencing, and topographic viewing limitations.
